2023 Warragul Vineyard Syrah 750ml botte

From the North facing old vines in Warragul. Planted on own roots without irrigation. De-stemmed for the first time ever and apparently what the wine has needed from the beginning. On skins for three weeks and Barrel aged in 500L puncheons for twelve months.
So Pretty. Violets, Cherry cola, heaps of pepper and spices, Dry autumn Leaves & Graphite on the nose.
The wine is textured but Plush, clean, dark and exciting. Northern Rhone meets Baw Baw shire in the best way possible.
